On January 1st 2019 we are planning a particularly special Coffee and Classics to kick off the new year at The Classic Motor Hub between 12pm and 3pm. This event will be raising money in aid of Kate’s Home Nursing – a local charity working in the Cotswolds region to help care for patients and their families in their own home through the last stage of illness.
To raise money for the charity, we will be charging £5 per car entry to the new year’s day charity event, and will have various fundraising activities going on throughout the afternoon to try and raise as much money as possible for this particularly worthy cause.
As usual, we are welcoming attendees in both classic, vintage and high-performance vehicles including cars, motorcycles and any other interesting machinery. Visitors will be amongst fine company with the other superb vehicles in attendance, have time to look around The Hub showrooms, see the on-site historic private collection, browse our shop or simply meet like-minded folk for a coffee, pastry or bacon roll.
This is a ticketed event, and attendance for ALL visitors is strictly by pre-registration only as space for car / motorcycle parking at The Hub is limited; if you would like to come along to our this new year’s day charity event, please reserve your space today! Start by choosing the year and make of car or pick ‘motorcycle’ from the list above. If your make of car is not listed or you would like to give us more details on the vehicle you’re going to bring, please choose ‘OTHER’ and use fill out the ‘ORDER NOTES’ section at the online checkout.
Please note: those who register before December 15th 2018 will receive their ticket in the post. Those who register between December 16th and December 31st will be instructed to collect their tickets on the gate on the morning of the event.
Of the £5 charged for each car or motorcycle entry, a minimum of £3.50 will be given to charity. As this is a charity event, no refunds will be given if you can no longer attend. Refunds will only issued if the event is cancelled.
